A Batchel is a Satchel with a top handle - we are certain of that because we invented it. The Batchel bears all the hallmarks of The Cambridge Satchel but adds some of the practical features of a briefcase; including a nifty top handle and adjustable shoulder strap.

The Batchel is one of our best-selling bags and for good reason. This style features a useful interior front pocket for those items you need to put your hands on quickly, such as your wallet, your keys, or your journal (when inspiration strikes!). Complete with a gorgeous Macbeth Ancient Tartan on the front pocket and our Year of the Rabbit Heart Keyring, the bag boasts a variety of textures!

Key Features

This Mini Satchel was created in England from 100% leather by our skilled makers. It features the same solid construction as our larger satchels with magnetic closures, a top handle and a detachable, adjustable shoulder strap. The Mini also has the characteristic front pocket of a Satchel with just enough room for a slim purse or your favourite compact, and this one is complete with our Macbeth Ancient Tartan to add some extra texture, as well as a heart keyring embossed with our Year of the Rabbit symbol. On closer inspection, you'll see our logo carefully embossed on the reverse of both the bag and the keyring and their nickel hardware. We've also included a dust bag so you can store your Mini safely on the rare occasions it is not in use.
